BravoDoc — AI document validator — Engineering

What it changes

  • Showing the productSlides and screenshotsNow: A live check on the visitor’s own files
  • The documentsWould be sent to a strangerNow: Read in the browser, never uploaded
  • The next stepAn email address on the last slideNow: A pilot request with the document types
Challenge

The problem

Bravo had a working prototype that checks engineering documents against each other, and a slide deck to find a partner for it. A deck tells a partner what the product would do. It cannot let them try it.

Approach

Our solution

We turned the deck into a product page with the product inside it. A visitor drops a few PDFs or Word files from one project, and the page reads them in the browser and reports what does not agree: references to documents that are missing, an outdated revision, a standard cited in two editions, a count that differs between the list and the drawing, a rating that differs between the Design Basis and the specification. Nothing is uploaded. Then the page asks for a pilot.
