Nothing that identifies you, unless you contact us. Browsing this site does not create an account and does not set a cookie. There is no tracking pixel and no advertising code. Our fonts are served from our own domain, so no font provider sees your IP address.

We do count visits. We use Plausible Analytics, which records the page you opened, the site you arrived from, your country, and whether you are on a phone or a computer. It sets no cookie, stores no device identifier, and cannot follow you to another website, so there is nothing here to consent to and nothing to opt out of. The figures are aggregate: we can see that a page was read, never who read it. Data is processed in the European Union.

The short contact form asks for your name, your email address, the package you are interested in, and whatever you write in the project details box.

The project brief form asks for the same, plus optionally a phone or Telegram handle, your preferred contact method, and the answers you give about your project, audience, timeline and budget.

We only ever collect what you type. We use it to reply to you and to scope the work you are asking about — the lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox, so the contents of anything you submit pass through their service.

Vercel hosts the site and processes standard server request logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.

Calendly runs our booking calendar. The calendar is not loaded until you press the button that says so — until then no request is made and no cookie is set. If you do load it, Calendly sets its own cookies and contacts Google reCAPTCHA and Stripe on its own behalf, and their handling of that is governed by Calendly’s privacy notice. You can book without the embed by opening Calendly in its own tab instead.

Some of these providers operate outside the EEA. Transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

This site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser for tracking. The one exception is a single entry we keep for the length of your browsing session to remember that you chose to load the Calendly calendar, so you are not asked twice. It contains no identifier and is discarded when you close the tab.

Calendly sets its own cookies, but only after you choose to load it.

Enquiries stay in our email for as long as we might reasonably need them for the conversation they belong to, and for our own records of work discussed — in practice up to three years after our last contact, after which they are deleted. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will.

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, and ask us to send it to you or another provider in a portable format.

Email info@aldystudio.com and we will respond within one month. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can also complain to your national data protection authority — in the Czech Republic that is the Office for Personal Data Protection.

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be sent by email.
