Challenge

The problem

Jobs were priced in a workbook of nine sheets — labour, subcontractors, travel, materials and logistics — with copies going round by email.

Approach

Our solution

The same workbook as a web application the whole office opens at once. Every formula is kept. Plan sits against actual while a job runs, closed jobs are locked against edits, exports open cleanly in Excel, and it works in three languages.
