Our solution
We worked directly with medical professionals to understand the clinical workflow. From there, we designed an intuitive UI that fits into the procedural flow without disrupting it. The app uses image recognition to automate graft counting, with a simple interface that doctors can operate even during procedures. We built the MVP in 8 weeks with iterative testing with real clinic staff.
